Blueair Filtration Technology
The Blueair air purifiers use the patented Three-Stage Progressive Filters. Each filter is made up out of three different levels of millions of ultra thin fibers. Large particles such as pollen and dust are captured in the first filter layer. Small and ultra small particles such as bacterias and exhaust are captured by the second and third filter layer.
This Three-Stage Progressive filter design prevents the Blueair filters from clogging up prematurely and allows all Blueair air purifiers to perform longer on their peak performance.
Regular air purifier filters are often thinner and mostly consist of the same fiber size and filter material through out, which leads them to clog up sooner than the Blueair filter technology.
