Description

IQAir GC VOC air purifier is IQAir’s specialist for cleaning the air of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s), disinfectant odours, hydrogen chloride, hydrocarbons, nitrogen dioxide and chlorine. The IQAir GC VOC is equipped with four advanced filter cartridge, that functions just like a large professional gas mask. With it’s granular and pelletized cartridges, the IQAir GC VOC removes chemical as well as particulate air pollution in residential, professional, as well as commercial settings.

Filtration Technology

1. Micro-Particle Filtration
   through high-efficiency HEPA pre-filter, for capturing pollen, pet, dust mite, and mould allergens as well as other particle pollution. HEPA class H11 filter with a high-capacity mini-pleat design solvent-free separators and surface area of 2.8 sqm. The GC VOC is CFC-free.
2. Odour and Gas Elimination
   The IQAir GC VOC has four gas and odour control filter cartridges. The filter sleeves of the GC VOC work simultaneously to filtrate nearly all passing matter including a broad range of gaseous and chemical substances. This GC-technology eliminates VOCs – volatile organic compounds, destroying harmful chemicals, such as formaldehyde through 5.4 kg of wide-spectrum media mix of granular activated carbon and KMnO4 impregnated alumina. The large surface area of the gas and odour filter cartridges enables high airflow rates, making the GC VOC the most efficient air purifier for odour, chemical and gas removal.
3. Fine Dust Removal
   The GC VOC has a final stage made of four Post-Filter Sleeves. They are electrostatically charged fiber filters that capture fine dust particles totaling a surface area of half a square meter. This eliminates activated carbon and chemisorption abrasion particles. Each of the cartridges of the IQAir GC series operate in unisome to meet almost any moderate gas phase removal need in residential or commercial environments.
