Return Policy:
Our return policy is simple: If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days for replacement or a full refund. Allergy Cosmos always does its best to provide you with terrific service. We hope you are completely happy with everything you order from us.*
To make sending things back as easy as possible, we have designed our returns procedure as follows:
- Please contact us via e-mail at ‘orders@allergycosmos.co.uk’ or call us at 0800 014 8667, quoting your order number and reason for the return.
- As soon as we receive your Return notification, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
- Once we received your returned order, we will replace or offer a cash refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.
Please Note:
- Goods must be returned in “as-new/re-sellable” condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging and include all original paperwork.
- For health and safety reasons filters and air purifiers that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
- Discounted products, such as refurbished air purifiers, can not be returned.
- If you have refused your order upon delivery, you will be liable for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping fee.
- Returned products might be subject to inbound and outbound shipping charges (except of course if goods were damaged during shipping or the wrong products were delivered due to a mistake by us).
Damaged Goods:
- If you experience any problems or damage of the product upon delivery, please immediately inform the delivery service or contact us directly at: 0800 014 8667.
Order Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 7 working days after the day that you receive your goods. If you would like to return items within the cancellation period, simply notify us at ‘orders@allergycosmos.co.uk’ or call us at 0800 014 8667 and we will refund your money in less then 28 days of receiving notification.
