X-Mite Powder Carpet Cleaner can be used on floors, carpets, rugs and furniture where there are dust mites pet dander, mould spores or mildew. 

Does it also clean the surface like regular carpet cleaner?
Yes X-Mite Anti-Allergen Powder Carpet Cleaner cleans the surfaces as your usual floor washing detergent does. However, X-Mite is a special formulation, which contains tannic acid, which works to neutralize environmental allergens.

What is tannic acid?
Tannic acid is a key ingredient in the X-MITE Anti-Allergen Carpet Cleaner. It is found in redwood bark, seeds, cones and heartwood. It protects the tree from fire and insects. 

How and when do I use the X-MITE Anti-Allergen Carpet Cleaning Treatment?
Sprinkle X-Mite evenly onto dry surface to be treated. Use a clean broom or a brush to work the powder into the surface. For optimum effectiveness, allow X-Mite Powder Carpet Cleaner to remain on the carpet for approximately three hours. Vacuum treated surface with a new vacuum bag to ensure untreated allergens are not transferred to the just treated surface. Re-treat surfaces every 90 days to maintain deactivation of allergens.
