Returns & Replacements

Our returns policy is simple: If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund.
Allergy Cosmos always does its best to provide you with the best service and we hope you'll be happy with everything you order from us.
To make sending things back as easy as possible, we have designed our returns procedure as follows:

  1. Please contact us via email at or call us on 0800 014 8667, quoting your order number and reason for the return.
  2. As soon as we receive your Return notification, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
  3. Once we have received your returned order, we will replace or offer a cash refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.

Please Note:

  • Goods must be returned in "as-new/re-sellable" condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging and include all original paperwork.
  • If you have refused your order upon delivery, you will be liable for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.
  • For health and safety reasons filters that have been opened or used can not be returned.
  • Used machines are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item price.
  • If the product gets returned you are responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item back to our warehouse (except for cases of goods damaged during shipping or falsely delivered goods).

Damaged Goods

  • If you experience any problems or damage to the product upon delivery, please immediately inform the delivery service or contact us directly on 0800 014 8667.

Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can do so within the cancellation period. The cancellation period expires 7 working days after the day that you receive your goods. If you would like to return items within the cancellation period, simply notify us at the above email address or telephone number and we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving notification.

UK Shipping Rates

  • All orders over 49.99 GBP before VAT qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders below 49.99 GBP before VAT are shipped by Royal Mail for 4.99 GBP
  • Orders over 99.00 GBP before VAT qualify for free express shipping.
  • Orders under 99.00 GBP before VAT can be shipped with express shipping per request at a cost of 8.99 GBP per shipment.
  • UK Mainland express shipping usually takes 1-2 working days.
  • UK Mainland standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days.
  • We usually process orders within 24 hours and ship multiple items in one shipment unless instructed otherwise.

Air Purifier - Limited Warranty

  • Product warranty is generally issued by the manufacturer of the product and may vary by product. Please refer to the specific product pages for detailed information or contact us at
  • Generally, the manufacturer warranty will only stay in effect if:
    • The machine is operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
    • The filter has only been replaced with filters produced or certified by the manufacturer of the machine.
    • The machine was only connected to a proper power supply (see voltage label on the machine).
    • There is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification, and/or repair done to the air purifier by anyone other than authorised service personnel.
