Air Cleaner - Limited Warranty
All IQAir air cleaners come with a 3 year manufacturer's limited warranty for domestic use and a 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty for commercial use.
All Blueair air cleaners are automatically covered by a 5 year manufacturer's limited warranty. There is no need to fill out the warranty card that comes with the product.
If you have experienced a defect in an air cleaner you have purchased from us, please contact us immediately, describe the defect and get a return confirmation number. Faults with the air cleaner have to be communicated to us within 10 days of the purchase date. The purchaser is responsible for returning the product to our office address in London (Allergy Cosmos, Lansdowne House, 3-7 Northcote Road, London, SW11 1NG). All products have to be sent in their original packaging for warranty rights to stay in effect. No insurance, shipping or handling costs for warranty repairs will be refunded.
The manufacturer's limited warranty covers issues due to faulty workmanship or materials. The warranty rights only apply to the original purchaser and the warranty does not apply to issues caused by wear and tear, neglect, misuse, unauthorised repair, damage due to modification, installation or use in a way inconsistent with the products operating and maintenance instructions. Filters as well as damage to the air cleaner in transport or deterioration resulting from environmental conditions are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Allergy Cosmos' extended warranty will only stay in effect if all of the conditions under the manufacturer’s warranty have been fulfilled and all replacement filters have been purchased from Allergy Cosmos.
