Allergy Cosmos offers you a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. However, items returned must be in their original and unopened packaging and box, in order for a full refund to be issued (less outbound shipping costs). For health and safety reasons, air purifiers and replacement filters, which have been used or opened, cannot be returned. In addition, any special order, sales, refubished or showroom products cannot be returned.
If you are not sure if a product is right for you, give us a call. We always look forward to talking with you. You can also visit our showroom in London if you want to see the products and get a demonstration of it by one of our advisers.
Outbound shipping costs (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to return orders to us at their expense and to adequately insure the products during shipping. Customers wishing to return an order must request return authorisation from us first. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned orders that have not been approved by us first.
All returns are subject to inspection and a 15% restocking fee. Allergy Cosmos reserves the right to determine the condition and completeness of the returned order and products.
Please contact us by e-mail if you would like to return an order. Please be sure to reference your order number, the name on the order and what it is you wish to return.
The customer is fully responsible for return orders which are lost, misdirected or damaged during shipment.
