What is the maximum room size that the Blueair 270E can clean?

The Blueair 270E is designed for rooms up to 20 square meters. A bigger room will also benefit from this compact air purifier, but we recommend to aim at 2-3 complete air exchanges per hour.

Why is the Blueair 270E so effective?

How do you operate the Blueair 270E air purifier?

You can choose from three speed settings: HEPASilent for nighttime use, moderate fan speed for daytime use, or maximum fan speed for fast initial cleaning or very polluted air. The Blueair 270 e also has an ‘Automatic mode’, in which a small light scatter detector continuously monitors the air quality and selects the speed accordingly. The Timer mode allows you to turn off the unit after one, two, four, or eight hours. Preset Timer mode allows for setting the on/off time and start speed before the unit gets switched on. An LCD screen and handy remote control make it easy to change the settings, and each speed setting offers ultra quiet operation, which makes the air purifier ideal for every room in your home or place of work.

Filtration Technology

The Blueair 270E uses the Blueair Three-Stage Progressive Filter. The filter is made up out of three different levels of millions of ultra thin fibers. Large particles such as pollen and dust are captured by the Blueair 270E in its first filter layer. Small and ultra small particles such as bacterias and exhaust are captured by the second and third filter layer.

This Three-Stage Progressive filter design prevents the Blueair 270E filters from clogging up prematurely and allows the 270E to perform longer on its peak performance.

Regular air purifier filters are thinner and mostly consist of the same fiber size and filter material through out, which leads them to clog up sooner then the Blueair 270E Three-Stage Progressive Filter.
