Blueair 400 Series Filter

The Blueair 400 Series HEPA-like Filter is a particle filter and is part of the patented Blueair HEPASilent technology. This technology allows the unit to move large amounts of air, while at the same time being ultra quiet. The Blueair 400 Series particle filter is a particle filter as apposed to the SmokeStop filter that can also be used with this unit. The filter exchange in the Blueair 400 Series could not be much easier. You open the site of the Blueair unit, the used Blueair 400 HEPA-like filter slides out and is replaced with the fresh Blueair 400 particle filter. How often the filter need to be replaced depends on the how much the unit is in use, and on how polluted the air is that passes through the air purifier. A general rule of thumb is every 6 month.
