Air Purifier – Limited Warranty

• All Blueair air purifiers are automatically covered by a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. (Please note, there is no need to fill out the warranty card that comes with the product).
• All IQAir air purifiers come with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty.
• If you have any questions in regard to the warranty of your product, please contact us at ‘orders@allergycosmos.co.uk’ or call us at 0800 0148 667.
  • The manufacturer warranty will only stay in effect if:
    • The machine is operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
    • The filter has only been replaced with filters produced or certified by the machines manufacturer.
    • The machine was only connected to a proper power supply (see voltage label on machine).
    • There is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification, and/or repair done to the air purifier by anyone other than supplier authorized service personnel
  • Allergy Cosmos' extended warranty will only stay in effect if:
    • All of the conditions under the manufacturers warrant have been fulfiled 
    • All replacement filters have been purchased according to manufactuers instructions
    • All replacement filters have been purchased through Allergy Cosmos.
